Alex is passionate about helping his clients work toward their goals while providing encouragement and support. Alex loves being at EW because of the positive environment and the learning opportunities all around him. He grew up in Maplesville, AL, and lives in Montevallo, pursuing his master’s degree in business administration. He loves his two cats, Smudge and Lucy, and when he is not in the clinic or putting together his clothing brand, he enjoys weightlifting, disc golf, pickup basketball, and caring for his houseplants.
Education: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, 2023), Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science (University of Montevallo, 2022)
