Meet Cara

Licensed Physical Therapist, PT, DPT // Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 Certified //  CFT-L1 // EW Motion Therapy Hoover

Cara is passionate about helping her clients move better, combining clinical expertise with a joyful attitude. Scott Sall, director of EW Motion Therapy Hoover, said, “Cara brings a great energy to the clinic. Her infectious energy really motivates patients. We are excited for her to be joining our team out in Hoover!”

Clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, perinatal care, manual therapy, and treating athletes of Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and adaptive sports. Cara grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to Birmingham with her husband John Mark in 2019. They have a son named Peter and are expecting their second son in 2025. In her free time, Cara enjoys cooking, weightlifting, watching USFL games, and enjoying time outdoors in the Alabama sunshine.
