Meet Rose

Pilates Instructor // EW Motion Therapy Tuscaloosa

Rose is passionate about working with Pilates clients who have a love for movement. Kevin Coleman, Director of EW Motion Therapy Tuscaloosa, says, "It has been really great to have Rose teaching Pilates in our clinic. She always embodies what it takes to have a thoughtful, client-first approach."

Clinical interests include creating practices that match each client’s specific needs and helping clients progress safely and effectively in their wellness goals. She also enjoys working with those who need a specialized approach to their physical fitness journey, especially after an injury or surgery.

Rose was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys tending to her summer garden and sewing. She has 8 siblings, plus a brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Rose got engaged in October 2025 and will be getting married in July 2026.

Education - Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Certification (2022), Women's Fitness Specialist from National Academy of Sports Medicine (2022), Esthetics Certification (Shelton State Community College, 2021), Cosmetology Certification (Shelton State Community College, 2020)
