“I’m an oddball HR Director & Ops Admin with a social-worker heart, a relentless love affair with Inbox-Zero, and an unapologetic tech optimist. I architect people-first processes and enjoy building systems & agents that eradicate busywork, handing teams back their most precious resource—time. My north star is simple: freeing up brain space & time for my team, so bolder ideas and spontaneous hikes fit into the calendar more often."

Valorie was drawn to EW by our mission to empower clients to transform their own lives by equipping them with the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive independently. She grew up in Hartselle, AL, and when she's not writing another riveting HR email or peppering meetings with ‘one last question,’ she enjoys reading, writing, backpacking, camping, and escaping to places without cell service, emails, or Wi-Fi.
