At EW Motion Therapy, you'll practice one-on-one patient care with a manageable caseload of around 12 patients per day, giving you the time and focus to make a real difference in every session. Since 1999, we have helped physical therapists across Birmingham and Tuscaloosa build specializations, earn certifications, and grow into leaders.
From day one, you will be supported by an 8 to 16 week mentorship track led by senior therapists, quarterly in-services across all six locations, and 2 to 3 internal CEU courses per year. We also provide reimbursement for approved outside certifications and licensure expenses, so your growth never has to slow down.

At EW Motion Therapy, the physical therapy tech role is more than an entry-level job. It is a hands-on introduction to a clinical environment where you will work alongside expert physical therapists every day, building the skills and experience that will set the foundation for a healthcare career.
As a tech, you will play an essential role in keeping our clinics running smoothly while gaining real, resume-building experience in patient care. You will have access to quarterly in-services across all six locations and 2 to 3 internal CEU courses per year, with reimbursement available for approved outside certifications as well. We also offer flexible scheduling so you can balance work with school and other commitments.

At EW Motion Therapy, personal trainers work in an environment you will not find at a traditional gym. You will train a genuinely diverse client base, from youth athletes and NFL professionals to senior citizens and clients with special needs, all within a collaborative clinical setting where physical therapists are working right alongside you.
As an EW trainer, you will have the freedom to design workouts tailored to each client while receiving the support you need to do it well. You will go through a structured training and education period with our most experienced staff, have ongoing access to senior staff for client consulting, and work with state of the art equipment including Keiser Functional Trainers, Corealign machines, TRX, and more. Quarterly in-services across all six locations and internal continuing education courses keep your knowledge growing year after year.

As a billing specialist, you will work within a supportive team environment while building real expertise in healthcare billing, claim management, and client communication.
