Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Most insurance plans do require a referral for physical therapy. Alabama is a direct access state, which means you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral. We will verify your specific plan requirements during benefits verification.
Will I receive a cost estimate before my appointment?
Prior to your first appointment, our team verifies benefits and provides an estimate of your financial responsibility when available. If you have questions regarding deductibles, copayments, or payment plans, please contact our office.
