Jesse is the founder and lead instructor of EW Fit. Jesse’s passion rests in his unique ability to apply functional exercise programming to promote stability, mobility, and healthy motion in a safe and effective manner. Ethan White, founding partner of EW Motion Therapy, has referred to Jesse as “a true virtuoso” and says that Jesse expertly incorporates foundational motion principles and current theories of movement into individualized programs that build long–term health and vitality while creating an experience that is both uniquely challenging and rewarding.
As director, Jesse instructs 30 to 40 private and small group classes per week, conducts weekly developmental programs for professional staff, and continues his pursuit of excellence through continuing education. Jesse has advanced training in StrongFirst Kettlebell, CoreAlign, and Stick Mobility. Jesse says, “I get to live my passion. I love to move, and I like not being in pain! More importantly, I am extremely fortunate to be able to spend my day teaching people how to do just that.”

With more than 10,000 hours of small group and personal training as an instructor and supervisor, Jesse has become a true master of his craft. A native of Birmingham, Jesse has lived in Irondale with his wife and children since 2005.
