Kareth, a Physical Therapist, Pilates and CoreAlign instructor, integrates advanced training in manual therapy, physical therapy, Pilates and CoreAlign into both wellness and physical therapy sessions. As a Physical Therapist and Pilates instructor, Kareth utilizes her unique skill set to assist clients during physical and wellness programming. Her approach is to build a solid foundational understanding of alignment, posture, and their relationship to movement, and then to empower clients to become more capable than they ever thought they could be. Ethan White, CEO and founding partner of EW MotionTherapy says, “Kareth is a master at teaching while she treats, all while getting her clients moving, feeling, and living better.” Kareth’s areas of interest include spine and pelvic dysfunction, neurological conditions, and pre and  post-mastectomy clients. Through pursuing her personal Pilates practice and incorporating its principles into her running and gym workouts, Kareth practices what she preaches!
