Jon Delk, PT, MSPT

Jon’s passion is helping everyone reach their full potential. Jon connects with everyone from clients to colleagues by creating and executing performance plans based on individualized goals and interests. “Jon masterfully inspires and builds confidence,” says Mike Eskridge, founding partner. “He is 100% a client and staff advocate, always working towards exceeding expectations and developing opportunities while achieving exceptional outcomes.” As chief operating officer, Jon is responsible for business operations and development, community relations, and heading the EW Motion Therapy leadership team. Additionally, Jon remains active with patient care at the Homewood clinic. Jon’s areas of interest include operational systemization and the developmental process, developing future EW leaders and clinicians, and strategic planning.

Jon maintains healthy functional training and nutrition. He is also active as a coach in youth sports and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and children. The product of a military family that resided throughout the eastern United States and abroad, Jon has lived in Homewood since 1999.
