Meet Josie

Josie is passionate about providing a personalized experience for each of her clients as she helps them move better to achieve their goals. Ben Bullard, Director of EW Motion Therapy Meadowbrook, says, "Josie is a talented young therapist who really shows off her skills in her creative exercise selection. Her background in tennis gives her expertise in overhead rotational athletes. She is a great addition to our team in Meadowbrook."

Clinical interests include women's health, balance and gait impairments, postoperative rehabilitation, yoga, Pilates, and working with athletes of various ages, particularly tennis athletes. Josie grew up in Tuscumbia, AL, and moved to Birmingham in 2019 to attend physical therapy school. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time in her hometown along the Tennessee River, enjoying local restaurants and breweries, and staying active through golf, tennis, and exercise classes.
