Katherine Stone, PT, DPT

Katherine’s passion is helping her clients develop sound habits for better posture and mobility. Katherine routinely incorporates manual therapy, corrective exercise, and advanced Pilates training into her wellness and rehab progressions. “Katherine has a unique skill set, perhaps best illustrated by her work with a professional MMA fighter,” says Jesse Douglas, Director of EW FIT. “She was able to incorporate her physical therapy and Pilates background into a program that helped him stay healthy and compete professionally.”

Katherine has Advanced Pilates training in Mat, Reformer, and CoreAlign. She is a credentialed APTA clinical instructor and has advanced training in women's health.

Katherine stays active by swimming, walking, and playing Ultimate Frisbee. She also enjoys hiking. A native of Atlanta, she has called Birmingham her home since 2002.
