Angel Davis

Angel's passion is to return bodies to health and vitality through the movement principles of Pilates. Ivy Spencer, lead Pilates instructor of EW Motion Therapy, states, “Angel is a true professional. She has countless hours of training, personal practice, and teaching experience. Having been classically trained, Angel programs traditional Pilates and is able to modify and accommodate each client’s unique potential.” Angel is comprehensively trained which includes all apparatus such as the reformer, the Cadillac, barrels, chair, baby armchair, and the basis of the Pilates method, the mat.

Angel began a personal practice in Pilates in 1999 while working full–time as a certified public accountant. Angel began training as a Pilates instructor in 2000 and has been instructing clients since 2001. Angel has attended hundreds of hours of continued education workshops from the industry’s most respected master instructors, some of whom worked beside Joseph Pilates during his lifetime.

Adhering to the principles of a healthy lifestyle, Angel stays active through a personal Pilates practice, gardening, travel, spending time with family, and trail running.
