Meet Blake

Licensed Physical Therapist, PT, DPT // EW Motion Therapy Tuscaloosa

Blake is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals, helping them recover from injuries and safely return to the activities they love. Kevin Coleman, director of EW Motion Therapy Tuscaloosa, said, “Blake is a great addition to our team in Tuscaloosa. His dedication to building patient relationships and providing excellent care aligns perfectly with EW’s mission.”

Clinical interests include sports medicine, orthopedics, and post-operative rehabilitation. Blake was drawn to EW by our reputation for combining clinical excellence with a very personal, patient-centered approach, and he’s happy to be part of a welcoming team that values working together. He was born and raised in Moundville, AL, where he still lives today. When he’s not treating patients, Blake enjoys running, hunting, playing guitar, and spending time with his dog, Cooper. He loves being outdoors and appreciates any activity that allows him to be outside and active.

Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (Faulkner University, 2025), Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (University of West Alabama, 2022)
