Meet Lily

Motion Specialist // Certified Personal Trainer // EW Motion Therapy Homewood

Lily is fueled by helping people function and move to the best of their ability, so they can overcome any obstacles that might be standing in their way. Jesse Douglas, director of EW Personal Training, said, “Lily’s dedication to excellence and passion for her field is evident to her clients and team members. She will only make our Homewood team stronger.”

Lily is interested in reversing postural and muscular imbalances so her clients can regain full control over their bodies and lives. She is thankful for EW’s investment in their employees so they can help clients succeed. Lily is a Birmingham native, and when she’s not training, she enjoys exercise, especially kickboxing, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her friends and family.
