Central Referral Specialist

Madison expertly manages the many moving pieces that go into preparing a client for care, from securing physician referrals and confirming insurance benefits to organizing records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and in place. Marika Sanchez, Business Office Director, says, " Madison is very detailed and handles everything with thoroughness and professionalism so that nothing falls through the cracks. She is a great first point of contact for both providers and clients."

Madison loves how every employee at EW goes above and beyond to make sure every patient is taken care of, and she loves to see that play out in her day-to-day.

Madison grew up in Helena, AL, but now lives in Moody with her husband. When she’s not at work, Madison loves shopping, especially with her grandmother, and baking for her friends and family. Madison and her husband were married in October of 2024 and are expecting their first child together in June of 2026.
