Lead Central Referral Specialist

Mandy is dedicated to making your journey into care as smooth and welcoming as possible. As our Lead Client Referral Specialist, Mandy serves as the essential bridge between you and the treatment you deserve. She coordinates physician referrals, verifies insurance coverage, and ensures all the details are handled with precision and care before you ever walk through our doors.

Mandy loves working at EW because of the people on her team and throughout the organization. Marika Sanchez, Business Office Director, says, "Mandy is always so compassionate in the way she answers client questions. She listens to all of their concerns to fully understand their situation before helping them however they need."

Mandy has lived in Birmingham her whole life, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, photography, and dabbles in growing houseplants, mostly succulents. She also cares for the mini zoo living in her house that consists of 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 turtle, and a chicken.
