Meet Marika

Business Office Director // EW Motion Therapy

Marika’s passion is business and finance in the physical therapy realm - it keeps her on her toes. She says, "I do well with variety and change, so being able to analyze and plan for upcoming changes on the insurance side, all the way to investigating new and innovative technology in our company, allows me to stretch those skills and be creative on strategies that can potentially benefit our clients and our staff."

Marika’s areas of interest include improving organizational processes, providing exceptional customer service, mentoring staff, and promoting a unique client experience. Marika maintains a healthy lifestyle by hiking and attending fitness classes. A native of Cordova, Alabama, she has lived in the Birmingham area since 2016. When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two fur babies, Mya (a black lab) and Dude (a black Shih Tzu).
